Tokyo Game Show 2010 Coverage
The Tokyo Game Show 2010 will be held from 16th-19th September at the Makuhari Messe convention center on the outskirts of Tokyo, with an eye to drawing a larger crowd from Asia, the organizer of the world's key video game software and hardware expo said Friday.

The Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association said this year's expo, which marks its 20th anniversary, aims to lure more visitors from Asia by creating the first business forum that will gather Asian gaming industry experts and businessmen to discuss the future of the game market in the region.

Among other measures, the organizer said it will also team up with travel agencies to promote the expo to tourists especially from Asian countries.

The organizer said the four-day event in Chiba Prefecture will feature exhibitions from 180 game-related companies and organizations and expect about 180,000 people to visit the show.
