Justice League: Heroes : Mini-Review (PS2)

Gameplay : Got some minor issues, but if you want to compare it to another game then it is much like the original X-Men Legends with a bit more of a polished effect. Score 6/10

Learning Curve : Getting used to some of the combos may get you down, but the boss battles early on are really hard and sometimes even insane. Although as you move on they get easier, then all of a sudden the last three-four bosses get ridiculously hard. Easy/Insane Difficulty

Graphics/Sound : The in-game Justice League Heroes look really good, unfortunately I can't say the same for the cinematics as well as some of the voice overs make me want to gag. The environments can sometimes be plain, very repetitive and in most cases it is way to easy to figure out where the shields are. There may as well be a neon sign saying 'Right Here'. Score 7/10

Lasting Appeal : There is no way other than cheating that you'll get enough shields to unlock everything. Your best bet is to save them to just unlock your favourite Justice League Members. I played it twice, but that was because I didn't unlock all of the members. I just went in the order of shield price. But I can almost bet your going to want to use the black Superman suit, because it looks very cool. Score 6/10

The Whole Package : The story was alright, although it could just be the fact that we have seen the story like a hundred times already with TV shows like Smallville, Justice League Unlimited, Superman, Batman Adventures and Batman the Animated Series. Don't get me wrong it is fun as always because Superman becomes very unbalanced by the middle of the game, but hey he is Superman. Score 6/10
